New Business & Marketing Strategist

Incredible opportunity for a creative and new business, driven marketing professional to join an ambitious and unique business that offers an array of compelling solutions to their diverse set of clients

Guiding and supporting clients with their brand positioning, marketing and new business strategies, as well as the execution of those strategies, they are now seeking to grow their team with a new business and marketing strategist

 

The Role in Summary:

  • New business - working alongside the Co-founders to secure new clients
  • Offering development - contribute to the ongoing development of their services, tools and products
  • Marketing/Brand awareness - support and contribute to the execution of their own marketing strategy, i.e. content writing, PR, social media, events, collateral etc.

 

This business has a trusted methodology that is strategic and practical which consists of three phases:

  1. creating agency brand propositions
  2. developing marketing and new business strategies
  3. execution of the strategy (with support of the tools we have developed) alongside any client team resources that may exist

 

You would be expected to learn everything there is to know about these methodologies and then apply them, along with the knowledge and experience you already have to, helping the

clients you will be responsible for. The goal is always to help their clients create a differentiated agency brand and achieve their business, brand, marketing and commercial growth ambitions.

 

To Be Considered You Must:

  • Have a background in marketing/strategy/business development
  • Be degree qualified
  • Be keen to work within a small team at a fast pace
  • Be highly creative and driven to succeed!

 

 

As a representative and ambassador for the Kiwi Gray brand you will be expected to
a) read and know the Kiwi Gray brand positioning document inside out and back to front
b) understand and support the brand story framework
c) understand and support the behaviour and tone of voice framework, ensuring you communicate and behave in a manner that is authentic and representative of the Kiwi Gray brand, ethos and culture.

 

The purpose of your role is to:

-        guide and support our family of clients (agency owners/founders and their teams) with their brand positioning, marketing and new business strategies and the execution of those strategies

appropriately represent the Kiwi Gray brand and support the growth of Kiwi Gray Ltd as a business

Kiwi Gray:

As part of the Kiwi Gray family you would be expected to contribute to the overall growth of the business by:

  • New business - working alongside the Co-founders to secure new clients
  • Offering development - contribute to the ongoing development of our services, tools and products
  • Marketing/Brand awareness - support and contribute to the execution of our own marketing strategy, i.e. content writing, PR, social media, events, collateral etc.

Kiwi Black:

When the Kiwi Black membership service launches, you may be expected to contribute in the way of training for Masterclasses, attending Kiwi Black hosted networking events, drumming up membership sign ups etc.

 

Clients:

You will be responsible for the consultancy, management and administration of your own group of clients and maintaining (where applicable) them on monthly retainers. Ultimately keeping our clients happy.

Commercials:

Ensure your clients maintain high levels of profitability at all times.

Admin:

You will be responsible for all client related administration (accounts, CRM database, diary management, client related timesheets/expenses.)

Brand ambassador:

Represent the Kiwi Gray brand by living our 4 behaviours of being brave, honest, educational and being true partners to our clients.

Objectives:

We will develop a set of KPI’s with you, specific to this role, but as a basic objective you will be measured on your ability bring on new clients and to retain your existing clients.
